TAY COMMUNITY RINK UPDATE

In their last council meeting Tay Township voted to make pickleball in the Tay Community Rink a reality.
The best news is they are offering pickleball for FREE to all residents and guests.
2016 will be a pilot project to measure interest going forward in years to come.

Playing times are:
Sundays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Mondays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The Rink boasts six (6) courts.
Tay will buy the portable nets and we will paint the lines to mark the courts.
We will work with them to make this initiative a success.
There are still a lot of details to iron out yet, but how nice is it to have the Township's support.

The Rink is not staffed during the summer and we would provide our expertise to help organize, supervise and teach any individuals/groups that show interest (show up).

Are there any volunteers out there?

TAY COMMUNITY RINK IS NOW CLOSED

Please show up early to help with cleaning the courts and setting up the nets.

Bring a chair and your enthusiasm.

We also need volunteers for poop duty!
